- You may fill out the application online and print it.
- You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

All persons 18 years old or older will be required to complete an application to rent. The application fee is $42 per application and once started are non-refundable. Government issued picture ID required to tour and for applications. Applications need to be submitted in person, so photo ID can be verified or notarized.
